I had the sudden urge to make Lemon Meringue Pie (not b*ke, rude word that LOL)
Having never attempted it before, I wasn’t optimistic that it would end up edible. Other than the meringue being a little…well a lot flat, it tasted ok. I tried with the hand blender, but it made the whites separate (didn’t know they could?) So we both had a go with the whisk, till we could whisk no more.
A little sad looking, I think it’s even crying LMAO
*note* The divets were because Hayden complained it didn’t have mountains on it..but it just wasn’t happening LOL
So I thought I would get an egg beater..for the price I ended up getting for, I should have just got an electric mixer LOL…But I wanted the egg beater. It worked a little better.
I think I have lost my b*king urge for this year LOL The ones over the road at Cake it Away are much easier, and taste nicer.
