Da Bird

We were so excited! Mum got us a new Da Bird! We haven’t had one for years, we broke our last one and because of customs issues with feathers, we haven’t been able to have a new one :( It was our most favourite toy, much better than the fluffy stick. Mum found us one on eBay.
(it may look like we were so excited, we lost our heads…but that’s just Dad’s wonderful photography skills, he says it’s extra artistic that way  )

Our fun was cut short, when Alex got a little rough and broke it. So we hope Dads fixing skills are better than his photography.

    Hi,

Curious how you managed to get Da Bird into Australia, if there are customs issues. I’d like to get something similar for my cats. Any ideas? People have posted about the Whirly Bird, but I see that that’s from America, too, so no doubt there’d be the same issues. Do you know of any Australian-made toy that has the same features? As your cats have said, the fluffy things on the stick just don’t compare. Great pics.

    Regards,

    Lee
