Emily turned 7 last Saturday..how time flies. Some stupid person agreed to having a birthday party, with many screaming girls and a jumping castle
Never, ever again will we have a party at home, and we didn’t even have it at our home, we stole the inlaws back yard. The party itself wasn’t so bad…but the planning and the cost
Since when did birthday parties get so complicated? Trying to cater for all the different needs was a nightmare, some couldn’t eat meat, some cheese, or gelatine, artificial colours and flavours and nuts…it doesn’t leave very much to serve! I suck at cooking as it is.
Our 3 4 kids had fun, Jake spent quite a lot of time in the jumping castle…just supervising apparently
Not many pictures I can post, that don’t have other peoples kids in them.
The castle was great, we got a good deal from a family in Hayden’s soccer team happy kidz castles. It was much bigger than I expected, and had a great slide on the side as well.
I was so worried about someone hurting themselves, but the only injuries and crying were inflicted by Jake on our own children…so that was ok LOL
