NaBloPoMo, are you crazy!

Yes, I am! I signed up to join this years NaBloPoMo. What on earth is that you ask?

NaBloPoMo is National Blog Posting Month. You have to post to your blog every day for the month of November, that is every single day including weekends and public holidays. Even if your sick or have writers block you just do it!

My track record is not so good. I started the 365 photos challenged on New Years day, and I think I made it 2 weeks. Tried the GYSTG challenged, that ended just as badly. But, this time could be different..or that’s what I keep telling myself!

I am cheating, and posting between here and my other blog, they said I could, I am just ineligible for the prize (did I mention the prizes?) but hey, I can live with that.

As always, there is a group for the Aussie contingent. Don’t think about it, just do it, sign up and come join us. Don’t listen to Jen and her NaBlogPoMo virgin warning :P

We got mail

We were excited to get a parcel in the mail this week. After seeing Latte in his great Puppia harness (he even went shopping!) I ordered one from the lovely Erin at Two Small Puppies.

Alex would have been most unimpressed with the pink that I had wanted to get.

For the non Aussies and those Aussies who live under a rock. John Howard has finally called the Federal Election. I knew he would call it just in time to ruin our holiday, just to shit me I am sure! We were due to take the kids to QLD next month for a week but instead Jake will be printing Johnny’s ballot papers of doom.

We are huge lolcats fans! I came across these little gems this morning and choked on my breakfast…

Community Blogger Award

Cellobella at SultanaBlog has created a Community Blogger Award, she warded it Meg who has so very kindly passed it on to me.

I thought I would award 2 at All for Women, and 2 here…but couldn’t decide on 2 so will make it 3.

I don’t usually do the award thing, have trouble keeping up with who is awarding who, and who has already had what.

I really enjoy my little blog community. A mix of cat bloggers and not. I also enjoy being a part of (though sadly not as much as I would like sometimes when life gets in the way) wonderful cat blogging community. Such a hugely diverse bunch of bloggers.
