Wake up call

Can you relate to this cartoon, apart from it being super cute. Do your cats do this to you too?

I hear so many people complain that their cats wake them super early begging for food. My cats must have missed that memo, or perhaps they have caught the lazy big from me *hehe*.
If anything, it is me up trying to wake them up. In fact I am often told off if I get up and disturb them or move the blankets…excuse me your Majesty! They will stay in bed till lunchtime or longer if I let them. But what is the point in that, who will there be to play with and entertain me.

Yes… well Pye likes to get up at daylight. Correction, she likes ME to get up at daylight. It’s her job, she says. I can’t be late for work, she says.
Pity she doesn’t know what a weekend is!

Nope, Tigger can sleep in ’til noon, no worries mate! She owns a teenage boy, so she trained him to get up at noon too.

I love that video - it’s been floating around the net lately and I caught it on another blog. Puddy is so like that with the kneading and miaows. In fact, only this morning I was awoken by her miaowing at me from the floor and when I closed my eyes again, she jumped onto me and started kneading. Once I’d opened my eyes, I’d sealed my fate, as they know they’ve “got” you. :P
