All for Women in the media
A little bit of media this week for All for Women. It’s always a bit of a buzz to see your site in magazines or newspaper.
This week The Cairns Post ran an article on Sheila our travelling bra and the lovely Megan.
For those that couldn’t read the copy (waiting for my hard copy), I’ve done my best to read and transcribe, all but one word I could make out.
Have you seen this Bra?
The fuschia-something intrigued tourists and locals alike as it made the rounds of Far Northern attractions on the shoulders of Edge Hill woman Megan Bayliss.
“Its purpose is to raise consciousness about women’s issues and establish a circle of women all over the world” Ms Bayliss told The Cairns Post.
Dubbed Sheila, the racy item is the flagship garment of women’s group Sisterhood of the travelling bra and brainchild of online community All for Women.
Posted from Melbourne, Sheila has made her way through New South Wales and spent the holidays season touring everywhere from Mareeba’s big bull to Crystal Cascade.
“Tourists want to know why a woman is wearing a pink bra, and why you are taking photos” Ms Bayliss said.
“We have had tourists all clicking away with their cameras and saying they’ll send pictures home so that’s another way for her to travel”
Also, last week I found a small piece about All for Women in Readers Digest’s summer edition of HealthSmart Magazine.

How awesome!!!
Tina’s last blog post..What do you do with your old blue jeans??
Congratulations…..I can not think of a better representative of our hppy group than Sheila.
