You are not supposed to look good when exercising. It’s just too cruel to believe otherwise so I don’t.

Good on you for buying decent shoes – I nearly stuffed my achilles by not doing so.

So was Calais sniffing them before or after you used them???? I had shin splints, spent $300 on uglier shoes than that and shoe insert thingies and the pain went away. But my God it was hard for a girl with a debilitating shoe obsession to wear fugly shoes. Kelley's last blog post..I have lead a sheltered life.
