Easter Hat Parade

I am really not a fan of Easter. Was not looking forward to making the Easter hat, I am so creatively challenged.

So I just bought a crap load of little chickens, a hat..add some hot glue (which is actually REALLY hot, I have the blisters to prove it.)

So here is my her hat. Didn’t turn out too badly, if I do say so. She was very pleased with it. I was really surprised it made it through the night without the cats eating all the little chickens off. Tho they could have tried hard, those little suckers were glue tight.

They had their parade, and sung some songs. You’d think they could update the words to Peter Rabbit, a Easter bonnet forMmum. What woman is their right mind wears a bloody bonnet these days?

Thankfully that is the last of my Easter hat making duties..ever.

You think? … just some forewarning, I’ll be knocking on your door about two years from now.

She’s very cute, and the hat isn’t bad either ;)

Yes, a great looking little hat, and it doesn’t look that tricky to make, either. We’ve never really had the old Easter hat parade here at our school. We just have a Fair to raise money.

A great picture of the daughter with the hat, too. Top stuff.

    Cheers.
