Ugly shoes 2.0

Well, the ugly shoes are gone. While I did ♥ heart them, like only a mother could. They had a rather embarrassing problem.

*whispers* They farted… A LOT.

On the treadmill or walking through the shops seem to be a favourite, and I think I may have been getting the blame! I gave it a few weeks, hoping the problem would stop without such luck. So I took them back for a refund.

Apparently, he couldn’t do that, but said he could swap them. He said I could have the new top of the range ones, for the same price. *sigh* I suppose so, surely worth an extra $60, they would be much better looking..no?

No.. they were worse. Didn’t even have a bit of pink going for them. It’s not really orange either, more a *eww* peach colour.

Why the hell can’t they make a decent shoe, that doesn’t look like shit. I don’t get it..how bloody hard is it?

So I took them off for a test run at the gym, thinking of ways I could bump them off and replace them with those pink shox I had my eye on ..”Sorry Jake, they feel off my feet and got hit by a car” he’d buy that right?

Hate to admit it though, but shit they are sooo good. Couldn’t believe how great they were to run/walk in. Even better than the others, and not just cause they don’t fart!

Smexy new curtains

We went out last week to get some new curtains for our room. Wasn’t after anything too exciting, just something cheap and decent to do the job.

Browsing around Spotlight, nothing decent grabbing me yet. Then we spotted some coloured netting…ohhhh pink would be pretty, man pet wasn’t into that. Then we spotted a roll of black. It started off as a joke, but before we knew it we have bought a bunch of it without too much thought.

Jake was a little excited about his smexy new curtains. He thought for sure people driving past were going to be super jealous, thinking with smexy curtains like that..he must be getting IT a LOT o_O

Still trying to get used to them, they are a little weird. But great for privacy, we live on a busy main road..and you can’t see in at all.

The cats don’t mind it either.

meezer monday

Anastasia, pretending to be sweet and angelic ( just after I snapped it, she leapt out and started attacking the lens cap and licked the lens) For an older girl, she is girls the young boys a good run. She will be 8 next month, but she acts like she is 2.

I love her little ear tufts, the boys don’t have them. Any of you meezers have them?
