My wish finally came true after all these years

Does anyone else put themselves to sleep at night wishing for fairies to bring you new teeth…or make you skinny. Or perhaps a magic cleaning wand? I do, wow, that would be sofa king awesome. Most nights it’s something along those lines, and picturing how awesome it would be!

Go to check the PO box this morning, and there is a parcel shoved in there. Wasn’t expecting anything, but often get strange random things showing up. It’s addressed to Emily? Who would be sending her anything?? So of course I have to investigate..it could be drugs or porn or something!!

Rip it open, and what do I find…a wand (for some reason my fingers just keep wanting to type wanda?) ZOMG..it must be mine, addressed to her by mistake. I have only been wanting one for EVER. It’s awesome..has sounds effects and a blue light on the end.

Have gotten it home, and the damn thing is borked! Doesn’t clean or fix ANYTHING!? On closer inspection of the package, found a letter to say Emily had won a wand in the Wizards of Waverly Place wandathon.

Disappoint :( guess I’ll have to keep up with the housework manually for a bit longer..I’m sure mines on it’s way.

You must be devastated….still maybe it’s Karma because you opened her mail.
Ask Emily to clean her room amd you’ll see if it’s broken.

Oi vey! Lola ( age 8 ) got SAME wand in the mail the otherday, but hers isn’t broken. It makes irritating whooshing noise and lights up, but she thinks it’s fantastic.

Coincidental or our girls traversing the same sites online? Club Penguin perhaps? Anything Disney? Lola said she filled out a survey.

    Fixed your sunnie dude *hehe*

Yes, it was from Disney channel that they won it, had to watch the show and collect a code word. The other 2 are most pissed off.

The damn wooshing is doing my head in already!

I’ve often wished I had a wand as well, to magic up my life, to clean the entire place and to revamp my courtyard.
Now I am going to need a wand to find me the perfect man and find a job that really gives me worth. (good salary and hours too!)
Perhaps someone should just pick me up and wave me around seeing that the challenge to life is … creating and finding your own magic. Which means I have so much to do

I had a weed wand once but all it would do was zap weeds and anything else that was close enough for it to accidentally touch. I bought a magic mop thinking that it would be a real time saver – I still had to push it around the floor myself. I agree with Elana that we have to make our own magic but I still wish I could magic away the house cleaning.
