My office/massage room is the same colour as the rest of the house but it has colourful artwork on the walls etc to liven it up. Right next to the front door, by the front stairs and within sight of the kitchen. Sigh. Hubby wants to buy me a screen, but I just want to sort out an upstairs sewing/craft/study that I can run away to when someone else is looking after the kids, rather than still being in the thick of it. I have two desks, 4 computers, a printer on top of a two drawer filing cabinet and a small 4 cube unit along with a pile of plastic boxes (6). And every surface is piled high with stuff.
