Seriously. I could be here all day. On the plus side, I've complained so many times whenever I ring now and say my name I'm transferred to some "customer care" department, which means they're much nicer to me and don't hang up when I yell at them for their incompetence. We didn't get our bills for 3 months. The first month, we didn't realise and then got the call like you and a bloody fine. Kept telling them to send us a bill and some customer service person would say yes and nothing. Arggghhh!!! I'm switching to Optus on moving out. Like your blog...still have to explore it further.
