		<description>Telstra and its ability to blow chunks bigger and meatier and stinkier than any other organisation is just one reason why we have everything with Optus. I&#039;d sooner have the Singaporean government spying on me than deal with the daily brain imploding frustrations of that useless company.</description>

On the plus side, I&#039;ve complained so many times whenever I ring now and say my name I&#039;m transferred to some &quot;customer care&quot; department, which means they&#039;re much nicer to me and don&#039;t hang up when I yell at them for their incompetence.</description>

		<description>Same thing happened here to my flatmate and me. We didn&#039;t get our bills for 3 months. The first month, we didn&#039;t realise and then got the call like you and a bloody fine. Kept telling them to send us a bill and some customer service person would say yes and nothing. Arggghhh!!! I&#039;m switching to Optus on moving out. 

Like your blog...still have to explore it further.</description>
