Noice…

• New baby..post to come on that
  
• New job..seem to be pretty good at this getting a job thing. Got another new job (FT IRL job this time) First interview and got the call the next day. And to think I tossed up applying for a few days and nearly didn’t at all. Tho I now have an issue with too many jobs, 3..well 4 if you include all my sites. Start next week, so have a few days to work something out.
• Timtam yogurt, zOMG! this shit is awesome!!1! Found it in a deli on one of our park trips, no where near home of course. Will have to visit that park again just so I can get some MOAR!

• Car is back on the road after 3 weeks thanks to my awesome manpet. Although it took 3 weeks, it saved $100′s. Holden would have charged $800+ to fix the problem that we diagnosed and fixed with the wonderful help from google and it only cost $150.

Not Noice..

• Think its a bit passive aggressive to post was I was going to..so I won’t. We’ll just stick with the noice this week

Fourteen

Fourteen years?! Has it really been THAT long?

Technically we met and started seeing each other 14yrs and a few days ago, but he didn’t officially “ask me out” until the 21st…and that is a VERY important detail when you are 16..right?

I much prefer this anniversary, the other one doesn’t seem as exciting..will never have the wow..that long factor? And a piece of paper can’t really beat being asked out by a cute guy with an awesome car ( he knows I was only in it for the car at first )

Fourteen years…I’ve spent nearly half my life with him…and he hasn’t suffocated me in my sleep and hidden my body in the chest freezer (I fit, lets not get into how I know that) if that isn’t true love, I don’t know what is.

I find myself wondering often how lucky I was to find him, how random it was that our paths crossed, someone who loves my fat crazy arse for who I am..no matter what..I break.

Love isn’t finding a perfect person. It’s seeing an imperfect person perfectly.

It isn’t that hard for me, apart from his slightly scary PS3 obsession and the fact that he refuses to get my name tattooed on his arse..he is pretty damn perfect.

His parents are celebrating their 38th anniversary this week, his grandparents their 60th this year. I am not sick of him yet, so we might last a few more years

I look forward to growing old, and probably fatter with him..spending Sundays napping in the park.

No presents tho, I am keeping an I.O.U for a certain new phone that is soon to be released

Noice-ities

Getting in just in time this week for noice-ities, before it’s time to do it again tomorrow…

Noice…

• Public holidays without the guilt. Unlike Easter, I am not religious and hate the whole egg thing and ANZAC day where you feel a bit guilty having fun. We had a great weekend, spent Sunday at the park… kids having fun..me napping in the sun…forget what else we did, but I don’t remember wanting to stab them..so much have been good.
• Unemployed that is a sarcastic noice..it is not noice at all..3 days at home and I am already bored out of my brain.
• New Job start tomorrow. Nothing too exciting, another part time moderator job like I am already doing. Something different to keep me busy, and a bit more $$ for bills online shopping. Still searching for new IRL job, tho not sure exactly what to look for.

Not Noice…

• Car still borked been a week now. Guess I have no where to bloody go in it anyway. Waiting on parts from the UK. Holden wanted $530, and I can get it genuine from the UK posted for $150AUD..just means I have to wait a few days.
• Nearly losing AFW long and painful story short, host upgraded software on server, borked AFW forum database. No worries I say, lets install last nights backup..yeah, that would have been good..if there faking wasn’t one! EPIC meltdown..seems there has been backups of all the other sites on my VPS..expect the main one AFW. My fault for assuming, but FARK..why am I spending a bloody fortune for a MANAGED VPS. Support were useless, vBulletin support even more so. Managed to fix the bloody thing myself in the end. Shopping for new host.

Not Noice…

• This.. I can’t bare to look into the backyard, let alone go out there. Everywhere you go, seeing people with their dogs.
• Stupid farkity car decided to kill a spark plug or something on the way to work yesterday. It will be off the road till the weekend now. One would assume changing a spark plug or lead would be easy, and not cost near $300 to do so. And after all that it may turn out to be the coil pack, another $200. Mmm, be selling it when we are done me thinks.
• Resume writing and job hunting…well I haven’t gotten past the nightmare of resume writing yet. Anyone just want to give me a job so we can skip that?? Anyone?

Noice-ities

Noice for this week….

• New shoes!
  We were out shopping for Emily’s birthday shoes, and I spotted them. I have been searching for some for about 12mths, since my last pair died. They don’t make the style anymore, I thought I would never find them. Even better they were only $30..reduced from $120…WIN!! Yes, I am that boring when it comes to shoes, but why change when you are onto a good thing? (I really must fill that other foot..it looks so bare)
• Tempest 5 gum
  Ok, so I think I have a bit of an addiction to this stuff. It is SO yum. I probably go through a packet a day. And..I probably should clean the wrappers out of my car.
• Da Bird
  We have had a few Da birds in the past, they are always a huge hit. Alex loves it the most, and he is usually not an overly playful kitteh. Hours of fun for us and them (if they don’t find where it is stashed and destroy it)

Not Noice…

• Eye twitches
  Or itwitch as it is now called. We are on day 4 of the itwitch, and it is really driving me insane. This isn’t the first time I have had a prolonged twitch..I have no idea what causes it..but OMG I wish it would fark off!
• Massages
  Funny my noice-ities would include a massages just as Liz’s does..but for a completly different reason. I should have know after my past experiences with those hellish massages chairs. I have been wanting to try out a massage for ages. Finally went and had one at a new place that has opened up (yes, it is one of those cheapy places in the shopping centre and probably isn’t an indication of what a proper massage is like..but I am NEVER going back to find out) It was AWFUL..I hated it. It was so painful, how on earth people can find that relaxing I have NFI. My back was bruised and sore for days.

Kitteh Noice-ities

Keep meaning to get some posts OTHER than noice-ities in..but I blink, and lose half the week and here we are again. Have been busy training and working away on manpets birthday cupcakes, so stay tuned for those.

Lots of cupcakes and not much else this week, so had trouble coming up with some noice.

Noice…

Of course kittehs are noice, that is a no brainer. But what is better than regular kitteh? Cold kitteh! Someone flicked the bloody freezing switch on in Sydney the last week and the meezers have been really feeling it. Sit still for too long and you are cover in them without even noticing, how do they do that? Can’t beat a toaty warm snuggly kitteh, even Alex is buttering up the kids with extra affection, just in case he needs to use their laps for warmth if he gets desperate.

Not noice…

• Losing your job, I have discovered isn’t too noice
• Watching Katelyn play netball…sweet baby jeebus! It is torture of the worst kind. She runs like a bloody crab, arms in there air and side ways. Of course I am all with the gushing, and great job to her face..I can’t even say she really tries that hard..but damn…she will get a clue eventually, won’t she? Maybe Netball isn’t her thing.
