Hope this one doesn’t pop out when the music plays, ’cause that would be a bit disturbing
We picked her up yesterday from the vet. Boxes are a little sharp to cuddle, it was a very bizarre feeling holding her in my lap on the drive home.
Jake manpet picked the picture for the top of the box, I wasn’t all that keen on it, she has her shitty face on *hehe*

Words cannot describe how special you were, or how heart broken you have left us.
You came into our lives by chance and totally stole our hearts. We went to the breeders for a Burmese, and came home with a screaming bundle of crazy meezer. The first of many, who knew how much you would change our lives.
Thank you. we love you. miss you too much already xx

Thank you so much for all the messages, emails, DMs and txt off support for Anastasia, it is very much appreciated
We went to visit her this afternoon, and she is feeling a lot better. We could hear her from the front desk. She has been in full swing all afternoon. The vet nurse laughed and said they didn’t mind…but you could tell she was lying *hehe*
We opened the cage and she leapt onto manpet and was snuggling into his neck purring and happy feet. She actually put 2 holes in his shirt in her excitement.
She was none too pleased that we put her back in the cage, and started screaming and chewing at her bandage and IV. So we left the poor vet nurse to deal with her. (clicky through for embedded video)
Hopefully she will be well enough to come home tomorrow. Even if we have to give her fluids at home, I don’t really like the idea of her staying on a public holiday.
We’re still not if she is out of the woods or if the fluids are just masking the problem. We’ll wait and see how she goes.
The boys are missing her terribly (gemini doesn’t seem too fussed LOL) there is a lot more room in the cat bed tho.

Everyone loves a freebie, and one of the added bonuses of feeding premium cat food is the cool freebies you often get with purchase. IAMS is one of the better companies, we have cat carriers for all, tunnels, tents, treat balls and all manner of tins and containers for storing the food.
Today when I went to get the cat food there was a cute little mouse house. Someone will love that I thought.
The meezers are a bit like children (well, maybe a lot) If someone has something, they all want it. And so started the war of the mouse house that.
Calais claimed it first, as soon as I took it out of the packet he was in there.
Gemini came a long soon after and wanted in on the action. Calais how ever was not at all interested in sharing. Much biffo followed and she jumped out..only to return 2mins later for another try and repeat x10. (she is a bit slow)
Stasia came along and claimed the prime spot at the sunny entrance, there is no arguing or saying no to her…just move over.
Gemini had some luck on the 11th try, he gave up and moved over again, there is certainly no arguing with 2 girls.
Alex, not one to be left out..”knock knock..is there room for one more?”
Quiet for a few minutes, till someone moves and it all starts again.

Cold winter nights are a breeding ground for bed bugs. If you quickly shove a camera under the covers, you can catch them in action *hehe*
Some prefer the safety and extra warmth of a pack snuggle at belly level (this use to be a bunch of 3).
Other seem to enjoy being repeatedly kicked in the head, and sprawl out at feet level.
Spring has sprung and the weather is warming up a little. So the bed bugs are on instead of under the covers, I think this is even more annoying. We went to a king size quilt specifically for this reason, so they didn’t steal too much and leave us cold poking out each side..but it doesn’t seem to have helped. Why can’t they sleep with the childrens ?!?

It’s been so long since we have joined in meezer Monday, we REALLY need to buy a new camera.
I was in youtube last week, and came across some old videos that we uploaded. I was blow away by the amount of views on them. Thought we would share them again, for those that haven’t seen them.
Young Calais showing off his lovely meezer meow. Funny thing is, the older he has gotten, the girlier his meow. Sometimes he can sound like a tiny little kitten, and he whispers. He does have the manly meezer meow in there, but I think he has realised that he gets much more if he puts on the cute girlie act.
There were hardly any treadmill vids when we first put up our not so great job. Some of them are fantastic, you should really check them out.
This is a new one of Anastaisa last week. Was going to use it else where, hence it being only 12 sec.She loves to knead (or happy feet as we call it) anything soft fluffy material. She can go on for ages….gets in the zone, purring her head off LOL
