7yr old female seal point Siamese

Anastasia, pretending to be sweet and angelic ( just after I snapped it, she leapt out and started attacking the lens cap and licked the lens) For an older girl, she is girls the young boys a good run. She will be 8 next month, but she acts like she is 2.

Showing off her ~~rolls~~ muscles that she has been working on the last 12mths.

I love her little ear tufts, the boys don’t have them. Any of you meezers have them?

We were excited to get a parcel in the mail this week. After seeing Latte in his great Puppia harness (he even went shopping!) I ordered one from the lovely Erin at Two Small Puppies.

Alex would have been most unimpressed with the pink that I had wanted to get.

Stasia is about the only who actually likes outside ( she has escaped and been MIA a few times)

It was a little small for Calais, he soon worked out quickly in reverse and he could slip out of it.

“Daaaad, I’ve had enough, let me in!!”

Caesar is a fragile wussy Mummies boy, so I he decided to watch from the window.

Cats should not play hairdressers– also posted in Kids, kitteh

Katelyn has a small dressing table that talked to you, and had a number of hairdressing intsurments. Plastic scissors, spray bottle, brushes and combs etc. She loves brushing and styling everyone’s hair, including the cats that will allow her.

Yesterday morning I had been in bed reading waiting for the kids to wake up. Katelyn was up first, she had been in bed with me chatting for awhile, then running up and down the hall playing with Calais and the fluffy stick. Awhile later there was the dreaded silence and then the evil giggling. I asked her what she was doing..”Nothing Mummy, just playing hairdressers with Stasia”

Moments later Emily has woken and is yelling about Katelyn cutting all Stasia’s hair off. I thought she was joking, those silly plastic scissors couldn’t cut anything.

Then…I saw this :O

Not quite all her hair, but she has made a good start on it. She was not able to find her scissors, so borrowed Emily’s out of her pencil case, they looked similar, they would do the job just as well. Daddy was later informed that she was attempting a flame haircut, like Hayden’s..Stasia had said she wanted one. She had liked having a haircut, and was purring and licking her.

Happy Gotcha Day Anastasia– also posted in kitteh

I was just sitting watching Anstasia peacefully napping in a ball in the sun and remembered…today is her 7th gotchaversary!

7 years ago today, Jake bought me a tiny bundle of meow and spunk, our first meezer, for my 21st Birthday. Thus started our extra special love affair with meezers. You see she was my present, but just about instantly became very much a Daddy’s girl, so I had to keep buying more to get one that loved me LOL!

So happy gotchaversary Stasia! We love you lots, thank you for bringing so much to our family, we couldn’t live without you
