			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yay me! And a big well done to all the girls who participated in the Bloggest Loser Challenge.</p>
<p>The challenge came to an end last week, and yours truly came in first place <strong>again </strong>(how bloody awesome am I). I lost 6.88% of my body weight and lost nearly 7kg..which was a little shy of the 8kg goal I set for the challenge (but honestly didn&#8217;t think I would get close to when I set it) Also means I have officially lost over 10kgs since I started, really never thought I would get there either so I am super pleased!</p>
<p>Congratulations to all the girls who joined in and did just as well. Thanks girls for joining in and helping me reach my goals.</p>
<p>The awesome <a href="http://moggie-madness.com">Kay</a> bought me this prize, a pink pac man shirt w00t..I can now fit into normal t&#8217;s!!<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-357 alignleft" style="float: left;" title="bloggestloser" src="http://www.crazymeezer.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/bloggestlosser-193x300.png" alt="weight loss" width="193" height="300" />A few months ago when The Biggest Loser was starting on TV we had a biggest loser weight loss challenge on <a href="http://www.allforwomen.com.au">All for Women</a>. The challenge ran for 12 weeks, and the winner was to receive $100 as well as the satisfaction of hopefully losing some weight. It started off well with lots of people interested in joining in, but in the end there was only <a href="http://moggie-madness.com">Kay</a> and I left. I was crowned the winner after losing 6kg and got to keep my money..score!</p>
<p>After a discussion on <a href="http://plurk.com/redeemByURL?from_uid=14551&amp;check=820742273&amp;s=1">Plurk</a> with <a href="http://rainbowtatt.com/">Rah</a> who is also trying to lose weight at the moment we decided to challenge each other to a Bloggest loser challenge. It seems I can only lose weight when competing against others LOL.</p>
<p><strong>So tomorrow the challenge starts, everyone is welcome to join in!</strong></p>
<p>Rules are easy, weigh in will be on Sundays, so the first week is a bit of a warm up, so you can jump in when you can. The challenge will run for 12 weeks, starting tomorrow, the 7th July.</p>
<p>To join in, just make a post about the challenge and leave a comment and I will link to you from the challenge page (work in progress) In your post let us know your goals for the challenge and how you hope to achieve them. You don&#8217;t have to reveal how much you weigh if you don&#8217;t want to&#8230;just how much you wish to lose and your loss each week</p>
<p>My goal for the 12 week challenge is to lose 8kg. My plan will me similar to my previous <a href="http://www.crazymeezer.com.au/2008/05/gym-program/">gym program</a>. It will be a little modified for the next few weeks as we are currently on 2 weeks school holidays, so it makes it hard to get there everyday. Also packing and the stress of moving will hopefully help to lose some kg too.</p>

<p>This is the <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">torture chamber</span> cycle room at the gym. Pretty, no? Looks much spiffier in the pic than in person actually..tho I do love the vinyl they use, itâ€™s so cool and looks just like floorboards. <p>The lights on the walls change all purtty colours too,a lovely pink, purple and blue. Not sure if it helps you ride any better, but I always love having them on LOL</p>
<p>Gots me one of those spiffy padded seat covers. The seats mose well be a bare pole that you sit on for the pain it inflicts on your nether regions.</p>

<p>Have really been enjoying the classes, especially Fridays..she is the best instructor and she gave me a gold star yesterday <img src="http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/10.gif" alt="Tongue" /></p>
<p>So it has been 3 weeks on the <a href="http://www.crazymeezer.com.au/2008/05/gym-program/" target="_blank">new program</a>. Annoyingly have yet to do a full week, with appointments and a bloody cold have only done 4 days. I was getting super pissed off with no change on the scales since the holidays. I was starting to feel a little different in my pants, but thought that could have just been a figment of my imagination.</p>
<p>Was super pleased to discover Iâ€™d dropped 1.5kg this week, so I hope this means itâ€™s back on track for a regular kg a week..would be very happy with that.</p>

<p>So have settled on a new program starting from Monday. They better not go and change the timetable!</p>
<p><strong>Mondays<br />

<p>Weekends off, tho there is a Sunday morning cycle class that could be tempting. Still trying to talk the man pet into trying it. I think he is scared after the week of crying and complaining I did after the first class, but it didn&#8217;t hurt after the first one&#8230;bloody wuss.</p>
<p>I mentioned before about using <strong><a href="http://www.mp3personaltrainer.com/content.php?id=56">treadmill trainer</a></strong> for my treadmill work outs. I found it a few months ago when I first started at the gym and it is FANTASTIC! I honestly never thought I could actually RUN, but this really helped get me going, and I think it was the main factor in the first 6kgs I lost ( I was the weiner of the Biggest Loser challenge we had at AFW, and <strong>no</strong> it wasn&#8217;t cause all but 1 other person gave up!)</p>
<p>Ignore the spammy looking sales pages, if you are anything like me and usually close the tab as soon as you see one..it is worth the read. And no, I&#8217;m not getting anything for posting about it..it really is just great!</p>
<p>It is an mp3 that you put on your mp3 player (or phone if yours has had an unfortunate accident such as mine *cry*) you can run outside, or on a treadmill. Basically you get this trainer guy (who to me sounds just like <a href="http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/">Yaro Starak</a>) telling you when to run. Level one is made up of a 4min warm up, and then some interval training which is the key to getting you running, without you really knowing it. I went from not being able to run <strong>at all</strong> to a full 10mins. Really looking forward to getting back into it and seeing how much I can increase (probably have to start back from scratch now)</p>
