That’s cool that he raises and slaughters the animals himself. I think it’s usually much more ethical that way….less suffering for the animal.

I’m a vegetarian, but we just bought a bunch of meat from an ethical type farm like that. We have it in our freezer. My husband has cooked some of it.

I’m horrible at cooking…especially dead animals. So no advice here. But good luck!!!

seeing all that meat on display reminds me of Dexter… wouldn’t that be an awesome name for a butchers shop!
