Thank you for everyone who has emailed me, asking where I have been. I am about, blogging in my head…shame you can’t read that (You should all totally come play on plurk.. tis teh awesome! (I think I have an addiction *blush*)

STILL house hunting, coming up to 3mths now..and still not much luck. Knew the rental market was tough right now..but had no idea it would be this bad. We have decided to change areas, which will mean a change of schools for the kids, which they really need as well. Not to mention $100 cheaper!

We have only actually had an answer on one application..way back at the beginning of our search, we missed out to 12 other people (glad tho, had the ugliest blue carpet, was tiny and $$$) We have had another application in for coming up to 3 weeks now…STILL waiting to hear. Why the hell does ot take that long?!? So frustrating, this RE has most of the rentals in the area, and we can only have one application in at a time. Sick of waiting for the phone to ring.

We have been mostly packed for 3mths, it just feels like life is on hold..everything is when we move, after we move. Hayden is desperate for a school change and everyone just wants life to go back to normal, without all the bloody cleaning and open houses ( I have never cleaned so much in my life :P)

The stress is starting to get a little too much, the owner is desperate to sell and keeps dropping the price (tho is still asking a bit too much) but it’s only a matter of time before it’s sold.

Had some health issues last month that didn’t help with the stress, all AOK now..but that’s a few weeks I certainly don’t want to live again.

Last week was spent in a constant state of panic, to organise Purple for Patric. I am the worlds most unorganised person, so trying to get my shit together and collect and keep track of…and then to spend all of this other peoples money! Thank god for Naomi, Barbara and Kay. I don’t do secrets..so it was torture trying to keep my trap shut LOL!

But it all went off without a hitch, thanks to all the super generous people who donated. I was blown away that we ended up with $950. Fills you with lots of warm fuzzies.

So looks like I am dying my hair purple! After I buy another dye..ordered one on Monday, it arrived yesterday when I wasn’t home and was left in the letter box. Some charming person came a long and took it, and squirted it all over the fence grrr!

And just because I have jam packed enough personal disjointed rambling in this post (honestly think this is the most “about me” post I have ever done) Got all the stuff to start my IT course yesterday, super nervous about actually doing it. Have allowed myself to do what ever the hell I please for so long…actually making myself do something could be difficult *hehe*

For last Sunday…bit slack, I know

Jake was working 12hr days all weekend, so didn’t get up to much. Mummy must have felt sorry for me, and brought me a pearl white mudcake..my favourite nom nom nom.

Got some cupcake jammies too, normally I don’t do jammies..but hard to pass up cupcake anything (shh…I actually took them back and changed them for a different colour, so the top is black..not pink)

Hard to believe I know, but I didn’t actually get to eat any cupcakes for my birthday, was going to get up and make some for breakfast, but thought a sleep in sounded better.

Week before my birthday, I was trying to decide what I wanted. Not sure what made me think of it, but I started looking into Pandora bracelets. I’m not really into girly stuff and jewellery, had seen them around and wasn’t too overly keen, but did like some of the silver charms I had seen. Once I started looking, I was surprised all the different kinds, brands and beads, Pandora, Lovelinks, Chamilia, Biagi just to name a few. So I thought why not, I will get a bracelet and a few beads and see if like it.

I bought an authentic Pandora bracelet on eBay. They are a little more expensive than the other brands, but I liked the more secure clasp and the fact that pretty much any brand of bead would fit on it. Wasn’t overly keen on the actual Pandora beads, or their price. I couldn’t get over the price of some beads, in all the brands. They have gold beads worth $4-500 o.O

Firstly, looked into Lovelinks. I really like these beads, and I knew they had a cupcake. The cat and the cupcake on the end are lovelinks, I bought them from a local online store Charms 4 U. Leanne offers wonderful service, and great prices. (She was so super helpful with my Post office nightmare that Plurkers maybe remember :P)

The other beads and clips are from Proud’s new Add-a-Charm range. They don’t have a great selection of beads, but most of them are $20. I love this cupcake the most, the kids picked the strawberry (not overly keen on it) and Mum bought the heart.

I had the beads and had to wait till the day after my birthday for the bracelet to come, when I first put it on I thought shit, what have I done! Wasted all this money and I bloody hate it! It took a day to get used to it, but it really grew on me, and now I just love it. Bit worried how addictive and expensive its going to get!

I have bought 2 more beads online this week (eBay is great for bargains, as long as you are careful), with a couple of others on my wish list.

I got a horse and cupcake which are from Chamilia, they also have a big range of some really nice beads, and a Disney characters range if your into it.

Not overly in love with this cupcake, I normally don’t like them with candles, but I need some beads round the back to weigh it down properly

At the moment I have 2 other cupcakes on my wish list, and then who knows. Think I might need one or two glass ones, just to add some colour. They must get bloody heavy when full of beads, it’s pretty chunky as it is with only 5.
